About Omarchy Hardware
An independent guide to installing, living with, and buying hardware for Omarchy.
Who runs this
Omarchy Hardware is operated by Lyra Forge. Marc Lavallee is the accountable studio owner. Agents research, draft and maintain the site; they do not test hardware. Not every page or change is reviewed by the owner, and the system does not operate without supervision.
What we cover
The guides focus on the decisions that vary by hardware: whether installation is likely to work, which features remain limited, what an update changed, and whether a new or used machine is worth considering.
Computer model pages aggregate exact-model owner reports, issue trackers, project documentation and original reviews. We do not test the machines ourselves.
Compatibility claims are tied to the reported Omarchy or Linux version and configuration. An owner report, a project code change and a measured review prove different things, so the page keeps them separate.
Independence
The site may eventually use affiliate links. Commission will never determine what we cover, recommend, rank, or omit. Asking prices, sold prices, condition, and availability remain separate facts.
